If we can't find a vehicle that meets your criteria and passes our review process, we refund you in full — no questions asked. We tell you why we couldn't proceed and what would need to change for us to help.
The package fee is due at the time of your request. This covers the search, research, and negotiation work — regardless of whether a deal closes. If you change your mind mid-search, we work with you on next steps. Our goal is a completed, successful purchase, not just a started one.
The $3,997 is our standard VIP flat fee — it covers the dedicated consultant, unlimited nationwide search, inspection coordination, and transport within Florida. If you need out-of-state delivery logistics or an unusually complex sourcing situation, we'll give you a clear estimate before we start. No surprises.
Yes. If you start with Basic and decide you want us to negotiate on your behalf, you can upgrade to Premium at any time and pay only the difference. Just reach out and we'll adjust your package.
Premium covers Florida-wide sourcing. If you need a vehicle from outside Florida — or want us to expand the search nationally — that's the VIP tier. We handle the sourcing, inspection coordination, and transport logistics.
No. Everything can be handled by phone, email, and text. For signing documents and vehicle inspection, we work around your schedule — including evenings and weekends.
The package fee is separate from the vehicle purchase price. It's our service fee for the research, negotiation, and support we provide. Think of it like hiring an expert to represent you — similar to a buyer's agent in real estate.
